Why Do We Fake It?

  • We don’t want to burden others.
  • We think no one will understand.
  • We’re not even sure how to open up.

While these reasons are valid, they can lead to emotional isolation—and over time, make things worse. Mental health is not about being strong all the time; it’s about being real.

You Don’t Have to Pretend
